A Career Marked by Unwavering Dedication
Mrs. Charles-Ajim embarked on a professional journey as a public servant, dedicating eight years of her life to serving the city she holds dear. From 2003 to 2011, she served with distinction at the New York Police Department (NYPD), initially as a Traffic Enforcement Agent and later as a Traffic Supervisor. Simultaneously, in 2007, she founded JPR and controlled the day-to-day operations, demonstrating her exceptional capacity to manage diverse and demanding roles.
In 2011, Mrs. Charles-Ajim embraced a challenging role as an Audit Associate, a significant departure from her role at the NYPD. To accommodate this transition, she brought on a partner to support JPR’s field operations. Her tenure at Grant Thornton, LLP equipped her with valuable skills, transforming her into an experienced auditor and laying the groundwork for her future achievements.
Merging Two Worlds Seamlessly
Mrs. Charles-Ajim returned full-time to lead JPR, prepared to tackle new challenges. She effortlessly bridged the divide between her roles in public service which she now channels into the heart of JPR. She oversees the back-office and is ready to get hands-on in the field when the projects demand.
